About Lauren Judge

After several years of working as a Bookkeeper/Regional Office Manager, I decided to use my talent to start my own business.  This is not my first business I have owned.  Believe it or not I was a farrier for five years.  My farrier business taught me two very important lessons. First, an understanding of the excitement and challenges a small business endures.  Second, my obsession of physical, mental, and spiritual health. Although I loved my work, I received a job offer using my business skills I could not pass up. So, I hung up my apron, put my anvil and tools in the barn.  Although I miss the horses and their owners, this was a good move for me.  I was responsible for the Bookkeeping and Payroll for a midsize Engineering/Fabrication business.  The skills I sharpened working with a strong knowledgeable CFO and CEO were exciting.  The Engineering business moved to new ownership, and I decided to take a year and half break from the business world.  I received my EMT certificate and went to work for AMR in Cheyenne.  I was in situations where compassion, trust, and listening were essential.  My job was to help people get help.  I continue these essential values in whatever I am doing.  When it was time for me to return to the business world I missed, I accepted a job as a Regional Office Manager for a Champion Windows.  I remotely managed offices in  Casper Wyoming, Ft Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs Colorado and Albuquerque New Mexico for ten plus years.  My major roles were managing Bookkeeping, Payroll, HR, and Customer Service. Then In the summer of 2021, my dream of owning my own business again came true.  With the support of my loving family and friends I started LM Judge Bookkeeping Service LLC.
